Anyone tried foot spray for golf practice?

Ouch! That sounds rough! Have you tried any alternatives since? I’m looking for something safe!

I’ve used a tea tree oil based spray that worked wonders! It has antifungal properties too, which is a plus for sweaty feet. Just make sure you’re not allergic to tea tree oil!

That sounds interesting! Does it have a strong scent though? I’m really sensitive to odors.

I’ve been using foot spray before my rounds, and it really helps with moisture. I recommend applying it to clean, dry feet about 10 minutes before you put on your shoes. Definitely worth it!

It’s not overpowering, but it has a natural herbal scent. If you’re worried, you may want to sniff it out in-store first! Just don’t be that person at the golf shop who brings a sniffing board!

Thanks for sharing! Do you also spray your feet after the game? I’ve heard it might help with recovery.

To maximize effectiveness, I apply foot spray both before and after my game. It really helps keep my feet dry and comfortable throughout the round!

That’s a great idea! I’m curious, how long do you typically wait after applying spray before heading out?

I usually wait about 5-10 minutes. It gives the spray time to dry, and I feel it works better that way.

Sounds smart! Do you think some sprays are better than others? I want to get the best one for my practice.

I’ve tried a few brands, but I found the ones with extra anti-fungal properties tend to work best. They keep my feet dry and fresh longer.

I didn’t even think about anti-fungal properties! Do you think that really makes a difference for golfers?

Definitely! Especially if you play often, it helps prevent athlete’s foot. Less itch during the game means you can focus more on your swing!

I guess that makes sense! Just curious, though, is there such a thing as too much foot spray?

Well, overdoing it could lead to slippery feet! A light spray is usually enough to keep things dry without being overwhelming.
