Shipping was pretty quick for me, about 5 days, but I’ve heard some complaints from others regarding delays. It might depend on location. Any experiences from other users?
I did experience a delay once. Their customer service was helpful, though, which made the situation better.

I agree that their customer service is great! Plus, I’ve noticed they often have discounts if you sign up for their newsletter. Well worth it if you’re planning to place an order soon!

I would say it’s hit or miss. I’ve found some items cheaper elsewhere, but for specific brands, they are definitely competitive.
Their pricing is good, but sometimes I wish they would include shipping costs explicitly on the product page. It gets annoying to add items to the cart just to see the total.
Totally agree with you, lfuentes! Adding items only to find out shipping is high can be frustrating. A clear shipping policy upfront would help.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with them. Though a little more transparency on shipping would definitely improve things. But hey, at least their sales are often good!
