“Cardio helps build up that stamina so you can walk the course without feeling fatigued.” This is so true! I used to dread the back 9, but after adding more cardio, I feel like I can keep my focus and energy level up throughout the whole round.

I’ve had great results with a mix of running, cycling, and swimming. The variety helps keep it interesting and targets different muscle groups.
