Bridgestone e9 vs e12: Which Ball Should I Choose?

I don’t know about a shortage, but I read online that some retailers are running low on E12 due to high demand during the summer. Just keep checking online to see who has them in stock!

I’ve played with both the E9 and E12, and I find the E12 to be much more forgiving. The feel around the greens is outstanding, especially for those with a softer touch. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their short game!

That’s interesting, Christopher! I’ve mostly used the E9. It feels great off the tee and offers better distance for me, especially in windy conditions. Do you notice much difference in distance with the E12?

I’ve been using the E9 exclusively for almost a year now. It gives me amazing control. I think it might suit players who focus more on precision than sheer distance.

That’s a good point, Brian. In my case, I’m more of a power hitter, and the E12 seems to complement my game better. It might depend heavily on personal style!

I tried both balls in a single round and honestly, I didn’t notice a massive difference. Maybe my skills aren’t refined enough yet! But I would be curious to hear more about how you’ve all adjusted your game with these balls.

It’s great to see all these comparisons! The E12 seems more popular among casual players because of its feel and distance. But the E9 appeals to those serious about their game. Wonder what pros would say about this!

Exactly! I believe the E9 to be a better fit for low handicappers. I’d love to see some statistics on average scores with both balls in play.

I’ve heard about the E9’s spin control being superior. But what if you’re not a big spinner? Can the E12 still be a great ball for you? Any thoughts?

Haha, maybe I need to change my spin game! But really, I think it comes down to comfort. The E12 just felt more homey for me, but everyone’s journey is different.
