I used it last weekend, and I was blown away by the distance. The technology really does seem to work wonders for ball speed!
That’s great to hear! The multi-material construction seems to play a huge role in that. Did you find anything about the feel when hitting the ball?
The feel is very solid. I felt more control during my swings. It definitely enhances usability, in my opinion.
While I appreciate its design, I wonder if the premium price tag is justifiable for casual players. Is it that game-changing?
Good point! For the casual player, the benefits might not be as palpable. What do you think makes it worth the investment?
It’s hard to say! It does feel fantastic, but I understand the hesitation. Maybe trying one out would help clear things up.
I’d love to demo it, but I fear being swayed by the shiny aesthetics and flashy tech. Sometimes the basics are what count!
That’s true! But innovations like the LTDx can sometimes really enhance the experience, even for traditional players. It’s all about finding the right balance.
From what I’ve seen, it seems Cobra really focused on making the LTDx both functional and appealing. A little humor: maybe they should just sell the color scheme as a confidence booster!
Haha! Now that’s a marketing idea! But seriously, it seems the LTDx has a lot to offer in terms of features.
Not sure if it will enhance usability in all conditions, though. Has anyone experienced issues in windy situations?
Wind was a challenge for me with the LTDx. It seemed to be less forgiving on mis-hits compared to my old driver.
I’ve been using the Cobra LTDx, and I must say, it’s pretty impressive. Compared to my old TaylorMade driver, it offers a much better feel and accuracy.
That’s interesting! How does it compare in terms of distance? I’ve seen mixed reviews about that.
While I haven’t tried the LTDx yet, I feel like the Titleist TSi series has been a solid performer. Those drivers really excel in forgiveness and distance.
Great point! The TSi drivers are super reliable, but how do they compare price-wise with the LTDx?
In my experience, the Cobra LTDx is slightly cheaper than the TSi, but it often gets overshadowed by the Ping G425 in terms of technology. Those who like adjustable weights might prefer Ping.
I have to agree with zhill on the price. But many golfers are saying the feel of the LTDx is unbeatable. Where does that leave its competition?
I love the reviews surrounding the LTDx. It seems people enjoy the consistency it offers. But does anyone think it lacks power compared to others?
I’ve found it to be very powerful. It might not be as flashy as some drivers, but it’s reliable.
