Looking for Best Golf Destinations in Florida!

I’m planning a golf trip to Florida and would love some recommendations on the best golf destinations in the state. Whether you’re talking about top-rated courses, resorts with great packages, or hidden gems that are budget-friendly, I’d be interested to hear about it all!

Here are a few specific things I’m looking for:

  • Top golf courses: Which ones offer the best experience?
  • Resorts or hotels: Where should I stay for an optimal golfing vacation?
  • Travel tips: Any advice on when to go or how to save money?

I would appreciate insights from anyone who’s been to Florida for golf. What were your experiences? Any must-visit spots I should add to my list? Thanks in advance!

Looking for great golf courses in Florida? You can’t go wrong with TPC Sawgrass! The signature hole, the 17th island green, is a must-play. It’s challenging but incredibly rewarding!

Absolutely! I’ve been there twice. The scenery is stunning, and the challenge is real! Just make sure you’re ready for the wind!

I’ve heard mixed reviews about Streamsong. Some say it’s amazing, while others find it too tough. What’s your take on the course difficulty?

Don’t forget about the Streamsong Resort! It’s a little off the beaten path, but the unique landscape and design are phenomenal. They even have aaco golf courses—Blue, Red, and Black.

Streamsong is definitely a challenge, but I think it’s worth it for the views. The terrain is so unique, and you’ll never find another course like it in Florida!

Have you guys checked out Naples? The courses there are beautiful and offer a great mix for all skill levels. I’ve played at the Naples Grande, and it was a blast!

Naples sounds awesome! I love courses that have a little bit of everything—scenic beauty and challenge. Any specific courses you recommend?

Calusa Pines is a gem in Naples! The course has an incredible layout and stunning views. Just watch out for the water hazards!

What about the courses in Orlando? I found the courses at ChampionsGate quite enjoyable. It’s a great place to play and also close to other attractions.

I’ve played there too! It’s a fun course. Has anyone found any hidden gems in central Florida?

You might want to check out The Legacy Club! It’s not as well-known but offers a fantastic golfing experience. Very playable for all levels!

What about the climate? Florida’s heat can be a bit intense in the summer. Do most courses have good hydration stations?

Good point! I always carry extra water. Some courses, like Pebble Creek, are pretty generous with their beverage carts!

I’ve had some rough rounds in the heat, but I like to embrace it with ice-cold drinks! Makes it all better.

Haha, that’s definitely the solution! A little humor and hydration can go a long way on the course.

While Bay Hill is great, I find it overrated. There are so many good courses that get overlooked in favor of this one.

Honestly, no course can beat the experience at Bay Hill. The Arnold Palmer legacy is evident, and you can feel it in every hole. Anyone disagree?

If you’re looking for great golf destinations in Florida, I highly recommend checking out the golf vacation packages in the Orlando area. They often have amazing deals, especially in the off-peak season!

Absolutely! The Orlando area has several fantastic resorts that bundle golf with accommodations. Just be sure to book during the summer when prices drop significantly.
