Ugh, I’ve been having some issues with my g425 lately. The face seems to be losing its grooves and I’m not getting as much spin as I used to. Think it’s time for an upgrade?

Oh no, that’s not good. If the grooves are worn, it’s probably time to look into replacing the club. Don’t want to be losing that spin and control.

For best launch and spin, I’d recommend getting properly fitted for your shaft flex and loft. That’ll help you optimize your ball flight.

Haha, I feel you on the graphite shaft maintenance, @christine92. I just wrap mine in a towel whenever I’m not using it to try and prevent any dings or cracks.

Definitely invest in a good shaft protector or carrying case. That’ll help a lot in keeping the graphite in top shape over the long haul.
