Looking for the Best Golf Courses in Toronto
I’m on the hunt for some of the best golf courses in and around Toronto. I’ve heard there are some amazing spots, but I’m not sure where to start. I’m looking for both public and private courses with great reviews.
Here are a few things I’m interested in:
Course Quality : What are the conditions like?
Tee Times : How difficult is it to get a tee time?
Amenities : What kind of additional services do these courses provide?
Reviews : I’d love any personal experiences or recommendations you all have!
Feel free to share details about your favorite courses, or any that you think are must-plays for golfers in the city. Looking forward to hearing your insights and possibly discovering some hidden gems!
Thanks in advance for your help!

Definitely check out St. George’s Golf and Country Club! It’s consistently rated as one of the top courses in Canada. Beautiful layout and great facilities.
I second St. George’s! The views are incredible and the course is well-maintained. Perfect for those looking to impress on a weekend!
For a more public option, consider the Toronto Golf Club. It’s a fun course and very accessible, although it can get crowded on weekends.

True! But if you go early in the morning, it’s worth it. Plus, a round there will really improve your game!

Best golf courses can vary based on what you’re looking for. Are you after challenging play, nice scenery, or good facilities?

I’m looking for a mix of everything, actually. Challenging play is important, but I love beautiful scenery to enjoy on the course.

That’s a great point! When you’re evaluating, don’t forget to factor in the staff friendliness and overall vibe too!
Golfing at Don Valley is such a pleasure! It’s not the most highly rated, but it’s well-kept and the staff are super friendly.
Haha, true! Sometimes a good deal is half the fun in golf. Plus, there’s nothing wrong with a little friendly competition!

I’ve played at Don Valley plenty of times! It’s surprisingly challenging despite being a public course. You can’t beat the price either!

I still think the best challenge is at The Lambton Club. It’s exclusive, but if you get the chance to play, you’ll have a memorable experience.

For sure! Lambton has a great mix of history and sport. I’ve heard it’s also a great spot for networking.
Networking is important! But sometimes, just enjoying a good game with friends is what I need. Any other suggestions not as exclusive?

You should definitely try out the Humber Valley Golf Course. Great for casual rounds and they have some nice amenities too!
Hey everyone! I’m also curious about beginner-friendly golf courses in Toronto. Would love to find some budget options since I’m just starting out.
Definitely check out the Toronto Islands Golf Course. It has reasonable rates and is perfect for newbies!

I second Toronto Islands Golf Course! The view is amazing, and it’s generally more affordable. Plus, they offer some beginner classes!
Is it true that some courses have special deals for early weekday rounds? I’d like to save a bit more while learning.
