Have any of you tried the cheaper municipal courses like Dinwiddie or Huguenot? I hear they can be a lot of fun too!
I’ve played at Huguenot before, and while it’s not fancy, it’s a good value for a fun round. Definitely nothing to complain about!
I do wish there were more courses like that around. Value for money is key, especially with gas prices! What are your thoughts?

Richmond has some fantastic public golf courses! I’ve played at The Crossings and they have a great practice area and a nice pro shop. The staff is really friendly too.
