Oh no! I totally get that! I’ve had to take breaks when I’m feeling off, even if it means slower progress.

For muscle recovery, I swear by ice baths. They sound tough, but they work wonders for sore muscles post-game!

That’s intense! I prefer foam rolling. It’s much more pleasant and still effective for recovery.

I often find that my knees hurt after a long round. I wonder if it’s just me or a common issue for other golfers too?

Knee pain can be common! I think it has to do with how we stand during the swing. Maybe we need more strength training.

Funny thing, my friends joke that I swing like a windmill. I’m working on it, but every time I do, I pull my lower back!
