I believe it really depends on how often you use the amenities. For those who utilize them, it’s a bargain!
The Sunset Owners Club looks appealing at first, but I find the $500 price tag quite steep compared to community clubs, which are only $150. What gives?
Each club offers different experiences, though! I’ve found that the community clubs don’t offer the same level of service or exclusivity.
