What's the Membership Cost at Rolling Hills Country Club?

I’ve been doing some research on Rolling Hills Country Club, specifically about the membership options available. I’m really interested in what the costs are and how they compare to other clubs in the area that offer similar amenities.

A few points I’m curious about:

  • Membership Tiers: What different membership levels are available?
  • Golf Facilities: What kind of access does each membership type provide, especially concerning the golf courses?
  • Additional Costs: Are there any hidden fees or additional charges we should be aware of, such as maintenance fees or cart fees?
  • Benefits: What other perks come with the membership? Are there social events, tournaments, or training sessions available for members?

It’s the golf experience that draws me in, but I’m also looking for the best value for my money. If anyone can share their insights or experiences regarding the membership costs at Rolling Hills, I would greatly appreciate it!

I’ve been a member at Rolling Hills for over 3 years. The initiation fee is around $10,000, with annual dues of about $2,500. It seems in line with other clubs, but the amenities here are pretty top-notch!

That’s a great rundown, Gina! I think comparing to clubs like Stonebridge and Valley View, their initial fees are close, around $8,000 and $9,000 respectively. A solid argument for Rolling Hills!

From what I’ve seen, Rolling Hills has a great golf course, but their social events are what really stand out. It feels vibrant and engaging compared to other clubs that can sometimes be dull.

It’s good to know there are similar costs around! Speaking of value, how do the dining options at Rolling Hills stack up against others? I heard they have some fabulous choices!

I’ve tried the dining there! They have some fabulous chefs and the monthly wine tastings are just a bonus. It definitely adds to the overall membership experience!

I agree with Melissa—it’s lively! Plus, with all the family activities, I think the membership is worth it for families. Does anyone know if they have discounts for families or young professionals?

As for discounts, I believe they offer specials for young professionals under 30. The pricing can also differ based on the membership level you choose.

That’s fantastic news! It really makes joining more accessible, especially for younger folks starting out.

Does anyone know how the initiation fee at Rolling Hills compares to the elite clubs in the area? I heard some charges are over $20k, which seems insane!

Crazy fees indeed, especially when clubs like Fairmont and The Crest charge over $25k. I think Rolling Hills is a better value considering what you get.

It’s all about the amenities for me! Rolling Hills includes tennis courts and a pool, which I didn’t see at some other clubs. Makes it a bit of a bargain if you ask me!

Exactly! And the social environment here feels inviting. I’ve made some great friendships at events which is priceless!

While I generally think the prices are reasonable, I do note a few friends saying that it can feel exclusive. Anyone else feel that way?

It can come off as exclusive at times! But I find that once you’re in, it’s quite welcoming. A mixed bag, really.

Value-wise, I’d say it’s spot-on! Plus, who doesn’t love a good golf course? However, I do hear the yearly increases can be a bummer.

Yearly increases always sting a bit, but if the facilities are kept up to standard, I’d rather pay a bit more. Just don’t make me break the bank!

I joined for the golf, but stayed for the amazing community vibes. It’s been a rewarding experience overall—oh, and have I mentioned the fantastic happy hours?

I’m also curious about the total membership cost. I’ve heard there might be some hidden fees beyond the initiation and monthly dues. Can anyone break it down?

From what I’ve gathered, initiation fees can be hefty—sometimes around $5,000. Monthly dues vary too, usually between $300 and $600. Just make sure to check for additional costs like cart rentals, dining minimums, or special event fees!
