I agree with lwalter! At one location, I had a fantastic experience with staff that genuinely knew their products. However, at another store, I felt ignored.

From my experience, the flagship store usually has a broader range of sales and clearances. The other locations might offer decent deals, but not as extensive.

I think it depends on the management team. Some stores seem more dedicated to customer service than others. It’s definitely worth considering.
