Any Tips on FootJoy Customer Service?

I’ve found that FootJoy runs a bit large. I usually go a half size down, which has worked well for me. Definitely try on before you commit!

That’s so true! It often feels like I’m talking to a robot. A friendly robot, but still a robot!

I’ve had great experiences with FootJoy customer service! When I had an issue with a pair of shoes, they replaced them quickly and without hassle.

I’ve contacted them a few times and usually got quick responses. They even expedited shipping for me once! Definitely impressed.

I had an issue with the stitching on my shoes, and they sent me a return label right away. Customer service at FootJoy is solid!

I had a negative experience with a defective pair. While they did replace them, it took longer than I expected, and I was frustrated.

Have to say, be prepared for anything! My friend called once and ended up making small talk about golf with the rep for an hour. It was hilarious!
