I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has had experiences with FootJoy’s customer service. I’ve been having some issues with my golf shoes and could really use some guidance.

  • Returns: How hassle-free is the return process? I’d like to know if they stand by their products, especially when it comes to comfort and fit.
  • Support: What has your experience been like when contacting customer service for support? Are they responsive and helpful?

I’ve had good experiences with FootJoy’s customer service! You can reach them at 1-800-224-8501 for phone support. They are usually pretty responsive!

I’ve been using their live chat feature on the website. It’s faster than phone calls and I’ve found the reps to be quite knowledgeable.

I agree with you, Jamie! I emailed them once at customer.service@footjoy.com and got a reply within 24 hours. Very helpful staff!

That sounds convenient! I haven’t tried live chat yet. How’s the response time compared to calling?

I think live chat is about 5-10 minutes wait time usually. Pretty good! Just make sure to have your details ready for them.

I had a frustrating experience once. Called the customer service and waited over 30 minutes to speak to someone. It was a bit stressful!

I completely agree. I find calling often leads to being put on hold forever. Live chat has been my go-to lately!

I’ve had some success with email too! Sometimes I think they get overwhelmed, though, especially around holidays.

I’ve found mornings are best! Fewer people calling in, plus you start the day on a positive note with your issues resolved.

Totally agree! I had a defective pair last summer, and it took a bit of back and forth, but they eventually replaced them.

I’ve never had a defective item, but my friend returned a pair because they were too tight. FootJoy made the return process hassle-free, which is a big plus!
