I absolutely love Harbour Town Golf Links! It’s famous for its lighthouse and has such a unique layout. Designed by Pete Dye, the course challenges players with its narrow fairways. It’s definitely a top-ranked course for a reason.
Don’t forget about the Robert Trent Jones Course! It’s not only highly rated but has great facilities. The way they incorporate the natural landscape makes it a joy to play.
Harbour Town is my favorite too! The scenery is just breathtaking. I remember playing there last summer and the views from the 18th hole are unforgettable.
You guys have mentioned some great ones! The Sea Pines Club is also top-notch. The layout flows beautifully and it’s always in great condition. Highly recommend it!
It’s a relaxed vibe which is nice, but still feels exclusive. Plus, if you enjoy wildlife, you might spot some alligators! Always adds excitement to the round.
I can vouch for the Robert Trent Jones at Palmetto! It’s one of my personal favorites just for its challenge and natural beauty. You won’t be disappointed!
I think all golf courses have something special. Sure, you might have your favorites, but they each bring unique challenges and experiences. Isn’t that the beauty of golf?
I always say, golf is like a box of chocolates – you never know what you’re gonna get! Except if you’re playing a Pete Dye course, then you know it’s going to be challenging!
Hilton Head has some fantastic courses! I’ve played at Harbour Town Golf Links but the green fees can be steep, around $200 during peak season. Worth it for the experience though!
I totally agree! The views are unmatched. Another great option is Palmetto Dunes; their fees are more manageable, often under $100 compared to Harbour Town.
I’m a member at Long Cove Club. Membership has its perks, like discounted rates for guests, but the initiation fee can be a hurdle for newbies. Still, the value is solid with the amenities offered.
