Looking for Tips on Las Vegas Golf Trips!

I’m planning a golf trip to Las Vegas and could use some advice on the best courses to play and any great package deals available. Here’s what I’m looking for:

Course Recommendations

  • Top Courses: Which golf courses in Las Vegas do you consider a must-play? I’ve heard about Shadow Creek and TPC Las Vegas, but are there hidden gems I should check out?
  • Budget-Friendly Options: Any tips on less expensive courses that still provide a great experience?

Golf Packages

  • Travel Packages: Are there specific sites or companies you recommend for booking golf packages that include both accommodations and tee times? I’m aiming for a trip in the spring, and I’ve seen some offers online that look appealing but could use some real-world feedback.
  • Deals & Discounts: If you’ve snagged a good deal in the past, please share the details! I’d love to know when the best times to book are.

Other Considerations

  • Amenities: What kind of amenities should I look for at accommodations? I prefer places with good restaurants and possibly spas to unwind after a round.
  • Weather: How is the weather usually in the spring? Any tips on what to pack?

I appreciate any insights you can share! Looking forward to hearing your experiences and recommendations. Thanks!

If you’re looking for quality, definitely consider Shadow Creek. It’s stunning and offers a top-notch experience, though it can be pricey.

I’ve heard good things about TPC Las Vegas too! It’s a great track with beautiful views of the mountains. Anyone played there?

TPC is fantastic, wcoleman. The conditioning is always top-notch, and the amenities are pretty solid.

Don’t forget about Bali Hai Golf Club! The scenery is tropical and unique for a Las Vegas course. It offers a really fun experience.

After golf, you can’t go wrong with the Strip! I’d suggest checking out the bars or a show. The atmosphere is electric.

True! I love hitting up the rooftop bars for a view while unwinding.

That one’s definitely on my list! Any recommendations for nightlife after a round?

If you’re going for scenery, you can’t overlook the views from the Wynn Golf Club. Just breathtaking!

That sounds amazing! I think a mix of great courses and scenery is key for a trip like this.

I went to Las Vegas last year and played at the Los Prados Golf Club. It was an enjoyable course but not as luxurious as others. Still, solid value!

Glad to hear there are some affordable options! Were there good amenities?

Amenities were decent at Los Prados; nothing extravagant but good enough for a day of fun out.

Agreed, robertstimothy! Weekends can be a madhouse. But which courses do you think handle crowds well?

I’d suggest avoiding the more crowded courses on weekends. The pace can ruin the experience! Non-peak times are often much nicer.

I think the courses like Desert Pines or Siena can handle crowds better. The layouts help minimize congestion.

Thanks for the insight! It seems like finding the right course depends on timing and preferences.

Planning a golf trip to Las Vegas? Definitely consider visiting in the spring or fall. The weather is much more pleasant and the courses are less crowded. Enjoy your time on the green!

That’s great advice! Spring means blooming flowers and perfect temperatures. Just don’t forget sunscreen; the sun can be relentless!

I would recommend checking out courses like TPC Las Vegas and Shadow Creek. They are top-notch, though they can be pricey. Make sure to book your tee times in advance.
