Need Help Booking Tee Times at Blackwolf Run!

I’ve been hearing a lot about Blackwolf Run and I’m really interested in playing there. However, I’m a bit overwhelmed with how to go about booking tee times. If anyone here has experience with this, could you provide some tips or point me in the right direction?

What I Know

  • Blackwolf Run is located in Kohler, Wisconsin, and it’s known for its beautiful courses.
  • I believe there are a couple of different courses available, which adds to my confusion about booking.

Questions I Have

  1. When is the best time to book a tee time?
    • Are there specific days of the week that are less crowded?
  2. What’s the easiest way to book?
    • Should I try to book online, or is it better to call directly?
  3. Pricing and Packages?
    • Are there any special deals or packages that I should be aware of?

Additional Tips

  • If you’ve been there, I’d love to hear about your experience!
  • Any inside tips to make the most out of my visit?

Thanks in advance for your help! Looking forward to hitting some great shots at Blackwolf Run.

If you’re looking to book tee times at Blackwolf Run, try for early mornings or late afternoons. The temperature is cooler then, and the light is perfect for photos!

Good point! I personally prefer mid-week rounds when it’s less busy. Anyone else notice a difference in experience between weekdays and weekends?

Weekends tend to be packed, especially in peak season. I usually aim for the last tee time on Sundays - it’s quiet and you can enjoy the sunset!

That sounds lovely! Just be sure to check for any events that might be going on – they can really impact the crowd!

Agreed! I think it’s also important to consider the weather. Rain can ruin a round, so checking forecasts a few days in advance is key.

Totally! Plus, some courses have special deals when it looks like rain. Has anyone taken advantage of that?

I’ve seen that too! It’s hit or miss, but I’ve snagged some great deals during less favorable weather forecasts. Just keep an open mind with conditions!

I’m curious about the peak seasons at Blackwolf Run. When exactly are those? I’m hoping to play sometime this fall!

The peak season is usually around summer. Late spring and early fall can be ideal times for fewer crowds and beautiful foliage! You might enjoy the experience more.

Great to know; I love the fall colors! What is the best time of day to play then in fall?

In the fall, I’d recommend late morning after the dew has dried. The views are stunning, and it’s usually less windy!

Holes 16 and 17 are my favorites! They offer such beautiful views, especially with the changing leaves. Just don’t let the water hazards get to you!

That sounds perfect! I can’t wait! Anyone have favorite holes on the course?

True that! But hey, if I end up in the water, at least I’ll have a great excuse to cool off! :joy:

I’ve played at Blackwolf Run several times, and I absolutely love the River Course! The 11th hole is particularly stunning. Make sure to club down on your second shot; the approach is vital.

I agree, the 11th is a beauty! I found the 14th hole quite challenging but rewarding. Strategy is key there.

Tip for your visit: arrive early to enjoy a breakfast sandwich at the clubhouse. It’s one of those experiences you don’t want to miss!

Absolutely! Those sandwiches hit the spot. Also, make sure to hydrate—it’s easy to get dehydrated on the course.
