Interesting thoughts everyone. I’m curious, do any of you find that your left knee position changes depending on the club you’re using? I notice mine can be more prone to lateral movement with my driver compared to my irons.
Ugh, the left knee struggle is real. I feel like I’m constantly trying to find the right balance between stability and rotation. Sometimes I think I’m overthinking it and just need to trust my swing.

You know, the left knee is just one piece of the puzzle. I find that if I can get my whole lower body working together properly, the left knee issues tend to resolve themselves. It’s all about finding that integrated, synergistic movement.
