I’m having some issues logging into my account on The Grint, and I could really use some assistance. I know this app is a fantastic tool for tracking my golf scores and stats, but for some reason, I’m just not able to get into my account.
Here are some details about the issue:
Device: I’m using the app on my iPhone.
Login Method: I usually log in using my email and password.
Error Message: I get a message saying my credentials are incorrect, but I’m sure they’re right!
Steps I’ve Tried:
Resetting Password: I tried resetting my password via the ‘Forgot Password’ option, but I didn’t receive an email.
Checking Internet Connection: My Wi-Fi is working fine for other apps.
Reinstalling the App: I deleted and reinstalled The Grint, thinking it might fix the issue.
I’m not sure what else to try at this point. Has anyone else faced a similar issue with The Grint? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Maybe there’s something I’m overlooking?
I’ve been facing issues with logging into The Grint too! Forgotten my password last week and the recovery email took forever to arrive. Anyone else had this problem?
I had the same issue! It’s frustrating waiting for the email. Usually, I find it helps to check the spam folder - you never know what could end up there!
I had trouble logging into The Grint too! Make sure you’re using the correct email associated with your account. Sometimes resetting the password helps. You can do it from the login page.
Two-factor authentication is great! I had issues managing my account settings but enabling that feature really helped. Sometimes these updates can be confusing though.

Good point, kmullins! I’ve made my stats private, but I still want to connect with friends. They can still see our scores if you allow them. It’s all about balance!
[quote=“aliciagonzalez, post:5, topic:4105”]Good point, kmullins!..[quote]I agree! I think some people overshare their golf stats. Better to lock it down! A little humor, who needs their double bogeys visible to everyone?
[quote=“jose40, post:7, topic:4105”]Haha, millerisabel, that’s true!..[quote]Exactly! When in doubt, change your password regularly. It’s annoying, but it keeps your account secure and minimizes risks.
