What are the Best Golf Courses in Pawleys Island?

I’m planning a golf trip to Pawleys Island, South Carolina, and I’m eager to learn more about the best golf courses in the area. I’ve heard that there are some fantastic options, but I’d love to get insights from fellow golf enthusiasts.

Here are a few questions I’d like to find answers to:

  • Which courses have the best rankings?
  • Are there any hidden gems that aren’t widely known?
  • What are the features and amenities of the popular courses?
  • Any recommendations for beginners or families?

If you’ve played in Pawleys Island or have any experiences to share, I would greatly appreciate your advice. Your insights would help shape my plans and ensure I have a great time on the greens! Thanks in advance for your help!

I’ve played at the Heritage Club and absolutely loved it! The course design is challenging and the scenery is just stunning. Highly recommend it!

Have you tried True Blue? It’s one of my favorites! It has a mix of beautiful marsh views and interesting holes that really test your skill.

True Blue is great, but don’t sleep on Caledonia. The ambiance is unparalleled and the old oak trees are iconic!

Caledonia is definitely a must-visit! I appreciate the challenge it offers, and the clubhouse vibes are delightful. Who wouldn’t want to relax there after a round?

Heritage Club has a charming feel, too. After a long day of golfing, the amenities really help you unwind. So what’s the best time of year to visit?

I think spring is fantastic! The courses are lush and the weather is perfect for golfing. Any other seasons you’d recommend?

Any time is great as long as you avoid the peak summer heat! I prefer early mornings; it’s quieter and cooler. What about unique challenges at the courses?

True Blue has some tricky water hazards that can really test your nerves! It’s both beautiful and intimidating, which I love.

A little friendly competition makes it even more fun! But hey, if I lose, at least the scenery makes up for it, right? Anyone else feel the same?

Absolutely! Golfing is about enjoying the experience, not just the score. What’s everyone’s favorite hole?

I love the 18th at Caledonia. The approach over water is breathtaking! Plus, nothing beats sinking that last putt with the sun setting behind you.

That’s a great choice! But I think the par-3 13th at True Blue steals the show with its stunning views! Mind-blowing experience.

I’ve never played that one! Sounds amazing. Maybe my next trip should include a stop at True Blue. Any good tips for beginners there?

Definitely! Start with easy adjustments and just enjoy it. And don’t forget to take lots of photos of the scenery—trust me!

Haha, yes! Memories are what we make out here. Just don’t forget to practice your swing for the best shots.

Pawleys Island has some fantastic golf courses! For pricing, I recommend checking out the options at Willbrook Plantation. They often have good packages for visitors.

Thanks for the tip, nunezmary! I’ve heard that membership at Litchfield Country Club has some affordable options too.

I’d recommend True Blue Golf Club. They have great deals for morning tee times—definitely worth checking out their website for current promotions!

I’ve seen those! Does anyone know if they have any discounts for groups?
