Where are the best restaurants in Pebble Beach, CA?

I’m planning a trip to Pebble Beach soon, primarily for some golf, but I’d love to find some great dining options while I’m there. Since I want to make the most of my golfing experience, I’m looking for places that not only offer delicious food but also have a nice atmosphere—preferably close to the golf course.

Here are some things I’m hoping to find:

  • Types of cuisine: Any recommendations for local favorites? I enjoy seafood and steaks, but I’m open to trying anything unique to the area.
  • Ambiance: A nice view or comfortable setting would be a huge plus!
  • Convenience: Ideally, I’d like to know about places that are easy to get to after a day on the course.

If you’ve had great experiences dining in Pebble Beach, I would appreciate any suggestions! Thank you in advance for your help!

If you’re looking for a truly upscale dining experience, I recommend The Pebble Beach Resorts’ The Tap Room. It’s known for its exquisite steak options and impressive wine selection!

I’ve been to The Tap Room too! The atmosphere is cozy yet refined. I especially loved their truffle fries—definitely a must-try!

I love Navy Grog! Their lobster specials are just divine and the views are unbeatable. It’s such a beautiful spot for dinner.

La Bicyclette is fantastic! Their wood-fired pizzas are a hit. Plus, the ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a night out.

What about Italian cuisine? I’ve heard great things about La Bicyclette in Carmel. It’s not exactly in Pebble Beach, but close enough and very charming!

I recently dined at The Resort at Pebble Beach, and the views during sunset were breathtaking! Highly recommend their seasonal menu.

The seasonal menu is great! I just wish it wasn’t so pricey sometimes. Still, the experience is worth it for a special occasion!

Has anyone tried the seafood at The Fish Hopper? I’ve seen mixed reviews but am curious about the quality.

I’ve been! The view is spectacular, but I wasn’t impressed with the food quality. Honestly, I’ve had better seafood elsewhere.

I personally think it has its charm, but I get the mixed reviews! Still, for a casual meal, it can work after a long day.

On a lighter note, do you think I need a suit to dine at The Tap Room? I only have polo shirts—will I be judged?

No need to stress! Smart casual is perfectly acceptable. Just avoid flip-flops and you’ll be fine!

Absolutely! I’ve had some memorable meals along the coast. It’s a true foodie haven!

Pebble Beach has some great family-friendly restaurants! One of my favorites is The Bench. They have a dedicated kids menu and the atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming.

I’ve heard good things about The Bench! Does anyone know if they have outdoor seating for kids to run around?

Yes, The Bench does offer outdoor seating! Plus, they have games available for kids, which is a nice touch.

Another good option is Sticks, which has wood-fired pizzas that kids love. It’s cozy and casual, perfect for families.

I’ve passed by Sticks but never eaten there. Are the prices reasonable for a family?
