I wanted to reach out and see if anyone here has had experience with Srixon’s customer service. I recently bought a pair of their golf balls that I absolutely loved, but I’ve run into a bit of a snag.
Issue I’m Facing:
I’ve noticed that some of the balls I purchased have little defects and I’m not sure if that’s a common issue or just bad luck. It’s frustrating because I really enjoyed using them during my last round.

I had to return a defective driver once, and Srixon’s customer service was pretty efficient. The return process was straightforward, just needed to send them the receipt and photos of the issue.
I returned my putter under warranty last month. It took about two weeks for them to process it. Overall, no complaints! They kept me updated through email.
