Seeking Help with Srixon Customer Service

Hi all,

I wanted to reach out and see if anyone here has had experience with Srixon’s customer service. I recently bought a pair of their golf balls that I absolutely loved, but I’ve run into a bit of a snag.

Issue I’m Facing:

I’ve noticed that some of the balls I purchased have little defects and I’m not sure if that’s a common issue or just bad luck. It’s frustrating because I really enjoyed using them during my last round.

My Questions:

  • Has anyone here experienced defects in Srixon products? How did you handle it?
  • What’s the best way to contact their customer service? I’ve heard mixed reviews about how responsive they are.
  • Does anyone know how their warranty claims work? If I send the product back, am I likely to get a replacement without too much hassle?

I’ve reached out to Srixon customer service a few times. The wait time was about 15-20 minutes on the phone. Pretty standard, I guess.

I had a similar experience! Email response took around 48 hours, which was a bit longer than I expected.

I’m glad to hear I’m not alone! I tried their chat support once, and it was instant, but I had to wait ages on phone calls.

That’s good to know! I’ll definitely opt for chat next time. Phone is such a hassle sometimes.

I had to wait over 30 minutes last time I called. It was frustrating because I had time constraints that day.

Wow, that’s rough! I think it varies a lot depending on the time of day.

I’ve noticed the best time to call is early in the morning. Less busy then! Their email system is straightforward but can delay answers.

I think Srixon’s response time on social media is pretty solid, though. They reply fairly quickly compared to email.

Totally get that! A friend joked that they might have squirrels answering emails sometimes given the wait times! Maybe true?

I had to return a defective driver once, and Srixon’s customer service was pretty efficient. The return process was straightforward, just needed to send them the receipt and photos of the issue.

That’s good to hear! Did you find that the warranty claims were handled quickly? I still have a hybrid that I’m debating on sending back.

I returned my putter under warranty last month. It took about two weeks for them to process it. Overall, no complaints! They kept me updated through email.
